- Make sure your hands are clean and dry
- Place toaster onto a hard and flat surface
- Plug the toaster into the power socket
- Turn the power switch on
- Check the bread to see if it is fresh
- Place 1 or 2 slices of bread into the toaster
- Set the dial to medium heat or preferred ( are the dials lighting up? )
- Pull the lever
- Has the toast popped up ?
- Wait for the toast to cool down before touching
- Test if the toast is cool enough to touch ( has it cooled down? )
- Remove and prepare
